How do I know if I’ve completed my order?

When you reach our Thank you page with the confirmed details of your order, it means it’s completed and we’ve got your order with us. We’ll also send you an email and SMS confirming that we’ve got your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, only if it’s still being processed by us. You can ring us up at 800 869 778 732 (800 TOYS R US FC). However, if your order has already been shipped you can use our free returns, which is within 30 days of you receiving the items.

Can I place an order for items that are out of stock?

Sometimes our toys sell out faster than we expect, but we’re working just as fast to get it back on our shelves, so enter your email address in the text field where it says Item currently out of stock and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back with us.

Why was my order cancelled?

We’re so sorry this happened, but if your order or part of it was cancelled it could have been due to us running out of stock way too quickly. There could also be instances where we couldn’t verify your payment details, which we would have automatically started working on your refund.

Is it possible to send an order to someone as a gift?

Yes – spreading the joy is easy with us. Just enter the recipient’s name and address when you’re ready to checkout and we’ll send the gift straight to them. You even have the option to gift-wrap it and send a personalized message.
