Whether it's how to create an account or what you can enjoy when you sign up with us, it's all here.

How do I create an account?

Getting started with us is easy! You can either sign in by using your Google or Facebook account, or just fill up your details on our Sign up page and click Create my account now.

Can I change my language settings?

You can do so by either clicking on My preferences in your account settings, or scroll to the footer to choose either English or Arabic as your desired language.

How do I change my password?

Easy! Sign in and select Change password in your Account overview to replace your current password with a new password.

Can I change my email address?

We’re sorry, but that’s not possible as your existing email address is linked to all your account details. If you would like to use a different email address, then you will need to create a new account with us.

Can I change my payment details?

Got a new bank card? You can add new card information or delete old ones anytime by signing in and selecting Saved cards in your Account overview. There’s also the option of saving your new card information when you checkout.

Can I add or edit my shipping address?

Yes, of course! Whether it’s a new work or home address just sign in to your account, select Address book in your Account overview and then you’re ready to add new details, update old ones as well as set a default address for your next order.

What else can I do with my Order history besides viewing past orders?

Plenty! This is where you can also check in on current order statuses, access your digital receipts, print them, or re-order previously ordered items.

What else can I do with my account?

When you’re signed in, you can also do the following:

  • Change your subscription preferences of our newsletters and deals by selecting My Preferences and choosing the way we contact you – either through email or SMS.
  • By selecting Personal details in your Account overview, you have the option of changing your contact details, or adding in your kids’ details so that we can provide tailored toy recommendations or even a gift when their birthday rolls around.
Can I shop without an account?

Yes, you can – you have the option to checkout as a guest; however, we still need a few details from you like your contact number and address, so we can process your order and know where to send it.
